This container is built around moon circles as the foundation—gathering in alignment with the new and full moons to mark cycles of intention, release, and integration. Each phase invites you into a deeper relationship with yourself, your body, and the natural rhythms that have always been there to guide you.
Together, we move slowly to tend to the nervous system—and we honor what is ready to emerge, what is ready to be released, and what is asking to be held with care.
Through a blend of ceremony, reflection, play, imagination, pleasure, intuition building, and ongoing support, this container is designed to meet you where you are while gently guiding you toward greater clarity, wholeness, and self-trust.

Energy healing restores the body’s harmony by aligning the subtle energies, including the chakras and the various layers of the human existence. Both hands on and hands-off options. Intuitive energywork, including Reiki, therapeutic touch, and Pranic healing. Drum healing from Saami lineage can be requested. Remove stagnant, dense energies, welcoming energetic cleanings, and be renewed.
